PAYMENT

Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway Stripe; which accepts Amex, Mastercard and Visa card.

RETURNS

LAN Curated only accepts returns within 7 days from the date the customer received the shipment, with the following conditions below:

1) Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging attached.

2) Items returned without a return authorisation will not be accepted.

3) We do not offer returns on our in-house LAN made to order custom products. We will endeavour to liaise with you prior to commencing manufacturing, so that each piece is hand made to ensure it meets your requirements. Returns for earrings will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

4) A credit note will be issued for returned items.

LAN Curated reserves the right to reject any items returned that do not comply with our returns policy and may return the item to sender.  To submit your return, please complete the ‘CONTACT US’ form or email us at hello@lancurated.space with your order number noting reason. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and we will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are conceived as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@lancurated.space. All queries will be replied to within 24hrs.

CURRENCY

All prices that are shown on www.lancurated.space are in Australian dollars (AUD). A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

PRICES & IMAGERY

LAN Curated reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is unavailable, or there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.

We try to make every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions. In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In relevance to varying sizes, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on our models we cannot guarantee they will fit you exactly the same, as each individual body is different and treat each individual piece differently.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at hello@lancurated.space within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. We will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order, and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. Once the item has been processed through our third party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.

PRODUCT CARE

All fabrics used for our LAN woven garments are pre-washed prior to manufacturing. The finished garment is then washed again so as to test their strength and durability to ensure that each garment retains its integrity and workmanship, as well as a pre-loved feel. All of our BETTER YOU vintage garments have been washed and cared for, and may be altered and mended, making them unique and in good condition for re-use. Any irregularities in colour or texture are intentional and are part of the Re-Life process. Please follow the care label instructions to give your garment the best possible care.
